Let’s celebrate!
Let's celebrate all the women in your life.
The month of March is National Womens history month. There is so much focus on the women who make news, and who's stories are told, but what about the women close to us who's stories we know or maybe don't really know?

Can I have an adult temper tantrum?
When I was teaching yoga last week, I was lying on my stomach and had this feeling of just needing to kick my feet on the floor. I explained the movement as if “you are having an adult temper tantrum.” If you were in class I hope you enjoyed and laughed, or said, “heck yes!”

Breath/Heart Connection
"Every day, you breathe in just over 2,000 gallons of air—enough to almost fill up a normal-sized swimming pool. It's the amount needed to oxygenate approximately 2,000 gallons of blood pumped through your heart daily" -American Lung Association

Gratefulness Prompts
Last week, I let you know what I was grateful for this past year; now, it's your turn. Maybe you journal, write in your calendar, or just think about it in your head, or maybe you can send me an email with your thoughts.
SO.... In 2020....

Bridging 2020-2021 + Gratitude
With gratitude and grace, we are closing in on the end of 2020! With so much grief & loss, I continue to pray for those who have lost much, and I'm grateful to look back on 2020 with the gifts that I found in my life.
