Group mat pilates + yoga classes

We offer 4 group mat classes each week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday). You can join Kathy and Mary in person or via the Marvelous site on(zoom)

We also have over 300 on-demand classes available to you at your convenience.

Monthly Pass — $70

Access to 4 live classes per week & over 200 On-Demand classes

Daily Pass — $20

Includes access to any classes you can take live or on-demand within a 24 hour period.

What is Yoga like with Mary and Kathy?

Yoga means “to yolk” or “union.”

In each class with Mary and Kathy, you will connect mind and body by:

  • learning different breathing techniques (pranayama),

  • balance and flexibility through the asanas (poses)

  • We finish each class with savasana to give ourselves time to allow all the breath and poses to soak in.

  • We want you to leave class feeling calm, strong, and joyful.

 

What is Pilates like with Mary?

Pilates is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates. We take what Joseph gave us and adapt it to our current lives.

In Mary’s group mat classes, we will:

  • work on balance, building bones & joint mobility

  • strengthen our whole body with an emphasis on our core.

  • We use weights, balls, and resistance bands to add variety to the class.

  • In Pilates/Yoga fusion, we mix the 2 class types to add a different challenge to your mind and body.

  • We want you to leave class feeling strong, calm, and joyful.
