I Get to:

This past week one of my clients asked me if I was her last class to teach and I said, “no, I have to teach one more.”  I quickly changed my mindset and said “YES!, I get to teach one more class!”

I often ask you in savasana to set a positive intention for the day, it’s a reminder that if we currently have a negative thought pattern we can change it to a positive mindset.

“It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.”~Muhamad Ali

Do you tend to be a glass half empty or a glass half full kind of thinker? Trust me there are many times we end up in a glass half empty mindset and it’s not wrong, but how can we turn that around and fill our glass?

There are so many benefits to positive self talk and according to Mayo clinic and research it shows that when we think positively we may :

  • Increase our life span

  • Lower rates of depression and pain

  • Greater resistance to illnesses

  • Better psychological and physical well-being

  • Reduced risk of death from cancer, respiratory conditions, cardiovascular disease and stroke

  • Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress

So how can you change your mindset to become more positive?

😊Positive affirmations,
😊comedy that can make you laugh,
😊positive meditations, and
😊moving your body

I was just turned on to Abraham Hicks who has some positive messages so I'm forwarding this video for you to check out.

It's a good day for a good day!
