Only YOU are YOU!

Yes, there is only one of you! You are so unique and made so by the uniqueness of your parents and the environment in which you live. So why then do we feel like we all have to do the same thing?

When someone tells you to do cross fit, or run or walk, or go to a pilates, yoga or spinning class, and your body doesn't like the way you feel after you do it, maybe you are not designed for this movement.

When someone says, try keto, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Atkins, low carb, high fat, intermittent fasting and your body doesn't feel good on it maybe your body is not designed for this "diet."

When someone tells you the best way to breathe, and it doesn't work for you, find a new way to breathe!

So what may work for your friend may not work for you, start to tune in to what does feel good to YOU.

I love to try all kinds of different ways to move; some feel good to me and others don't. I try new foods; some work well for me and others don't. As I age and practice listening to my body, I am able to become more aware of what movement and what food feels good for me.

So what I'm trying to say here is YOU are YOU! Listen to what exercise your body wants, listen to the foods your body wants, listen to what breathing makes you feel good.
