Another year full of gratitude!

I am grateful for:

YOU -Who read this letter each week, whether you make it to class or not

MY FAMILY - They constantly support my endeavors, no matter how crazy they think they are. I am blessed!

FAITH- that I am here on this earth to teach others. It took me a bit to realize.

PILATES - It strengthens me from my center and fills me with confidence to move forward daily.

YOGA-  It makes me take time to move my body in all shapes and helps me take moments to meditate and breathe.

TIME- Each day is precious, and I will use it wisely and find gratitude and joy in even the small, mundane tasks.

FRIENDSHIPS- They are a gift to me; without them, I would not be whole.

The little moments in each day that bring me joy, such as,

*The lighting of the candle and diffuser before my work day begins.
*The dry brushing habit I just began again as it wakes my body up
*The laughter that comes from students
*My plants that fill my space with oxygen
*This newsletter that helps me get my thoughts on paper
*The healthy food choices I make to feed my body and brain
*The first cup of coffee that warms me from the inside
*The changing seasons and all that comes with it.

There are so many hateful things happening in the world; it's a great time to reflect on what we are grateful for each day, big or small.
