Everything always seems to be new!
Here we go again!
We are entering a new season, and being from the Midwest, I know you love seasonal changes. At least that's what we tell ourselves in February:)
New school, new weather, new sunrise and sunset time, new, new new.
Which can also feel the same as CHANGE.
For me, the new change this week is watching my mom manage a new caretaker.
Like us all, she will manage as she has throughout her 91 years: the constant change of family, seasons, joy, and sadness. It’s uncomfortable to watch, but I know she is in good hands, which helps me feel comfortable with her “new change.”
Starting something new feels better in September than it does in January. I love going down the school supply aisle; even if I don’t need anything, I usually still buy a few pens, and I’m looking at cute pencil cases to hold my makeup:)
The days are still longer in September, so I feel more energized to manage the changes.
What new changes are you excited about as you continue to enjoy the last few days of August?
