Gratefulness Prompts
Last week, I let you know what I was grateful for this past year; now it's your turn. Maybe you journal, or maybe write in your calendar, or maybe just think about it in your head, or maybe you can send me an email with your thoughts.
SO.... In 2020....
1. What new skill did you learn?
2. What made you uncomfortable?
3. What crazy food did you crave while in quarantine?
4. Where did you see/hear grace?
5. What new game did you play or how many puzzles did you put together?
6. Who did you create for?
7. How did you manage your new day?
8. What made you laugh? What made you cry?
9. What new self care routine did you find?
10. How much time did you spend on the couch or your work chair?
11. How much time did you spend in prayer/meditation?
12. How much time did you spend moving your body?
I could go on. I hope a few of these prompts guide you to the beauty and difficulty that we found ourselves in this past year.
Let's continue to believe in the magic and grace of time and find treasures in the gifts we were given - difficult and easy ones. Let's bridge with love, peace, and joy into 2021.
I know it's a busy time of year for you all! Don't forget about you as you care and shop for others! If you feel like you want to sit and watch a Netflix show, or need to shop online for Christmas, try walking around to local stores, or shift yourself a bit and hop into class, then go hang on your couch.
I hope you are able to make 1 or more classes, live or on demand.
Please know I am forever grateful for your presence in my life, and trusting me as your teacher.
